HOW MUCH IS THE HEADSHOT SESSION?
All my sessions are similarly to keep things simple. Please see my pricing page here.
WHERE DO WE MEET FOR THE HEADSHOT SESSION?
In Novato. I’m also happy to get on the phone so we can discuss a Novato location. For sessions outside of Novato, please get inquire about pricing outside of Novato.
HOW LONG IS THE HEADSHOT SESSION?
When we meet, we’ll have a meet and greet and spend few minutes finding a spot with the perfect lighting and backgrounds for your photos. The photo session is un-rushed. I work efficiently to be respectful of your time and the session will end before you get bored. Most sessions are about 30-90 minutes depending on the session selected.
HOW DO I SELECT THE PHOTOS FOR RETOUCHING AND RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You’ll receive an email with a link to online gallery within 5 business days of your photo session. You’ll be able to download all your high resolution files to your computer. Additional retouching can be purchased directly from the gallery within 7-days before the online gallery expire. Archival galleries available for an additional fee.
DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING, ADVANCED RETOUCHING? OR RUSHED DELIVERY?
All images in your gallery are color corrected and developed using the latest photography tools available. I offer rushed delivery and advanced retouching for an additional fee. Advanced retouched will be quoted on hourly basis. Most people are happy with the original retouching and do not buy advanced retouching. I have this service available in case you have any special requests that needs attention.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUTFITS AND LOOKS?
Outfits are the clothing you bring with you. Looks are the combination of your outfits with the backdrops in the environment. In one session, I can photograph multiple looks on natural/available light so you have options to choose from.

IS THE RETAINER REFUNDABLE?
No. The retainer is to secure our time together in the studio. No-shows and last-minute cancellations forfeit the retainer.
WHAT’S YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
I have limited availability (especially on weekends), and I sincerely appreciate your commitment to your appointment. If you absolutely must cancel or reschedule, I can offer the following options, depending on the amount of notice you provide:
With at least a 14-day notice, I can offer *one* reschedule to an alternative midweek or weekend date within the next 4 weeks. Please note weekends are in high demand and often fully booked. I can add you to our waiting list for last-minute weekend availability if you’d prefer a weekend session.
With less than a 14-day notice, we can offer *one* reschedule to an alternative weekday (Mon-Fri) date within the next 4 weeks.
Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the retainer.
Register to win, wanted, giveaways, and other promotional sessions are limited and may be rescheduled at our discretion.
